"One of the most provocative and inspiring spiritual teachers of the twentieth century, Osho defies categorization - reflecting everything from the individual quest for meaning to the most urgent social and political issues facing society today. His books are not written but are transcribed from recordings of extemporaneous talks given over a period of thirty-five years."

OSHO left his body in the 19th of January 1990.

Few weeks before that he was asked what will happen to his work when he will be gone, he said:

"My faith in the universe is absolute, if there is any truth in my words, it will survive, the people will stay interested in my work, carry the torch, but without forcing nobody.

I will stay the inspiration for my people and that's what most sannyasins will feel.

I want them to raise as individuals and develop qualities such as love, and the no church around it can be created.

Awareness is something no one can manipulate and that happiness, joy and wondering will be like you see in a child's face.

I want my people to know themselves and not live by any other, and the way is inside".

On his gravestone he wanted to be written:

OSHO

NEVER BORN NEVER DIED

JUST VISIT THIS EARTH FROM THE 11TH OF DECEMBER 1931

UNTIL THE 19TH OF JANUARY 1990

OSHO was one of the few people that inspired me the most.

his way of thinking and the way he saw life was something I never heard before.

He talks about a lot of subjects in our daily life, about ourselves, about the way we should see and treat ourselves, how to handle with our children, with our friends, he teach about a different way to look at our lives, about how much we should trust and believe in ourselves.

A lot of what I have learned came from him, from his videos.
